Thailand

It’s no wonder that Thailand has become one of the most well-loved and well-travelled destinations on the Asian continent. From its gorgeous temples and exotic beaches to its fragrant streetfood and friendly faces, you’ll only wish you’d visited sooner. Of course, you’ve got to experience the bustling streets of Bangkok with its floating markets and party streets at least once in your lifetime. Thailand really is a bucket-list destination for backpackers and luxury holidaymakers alike.

Seek out the famous “pink Dolphins” swimming just off the untouched beaches of Nakhon Si Thammarat on the east coast of the Malay Penninsula. Indulge in a traditional green curry and a world-famous massage.

There’s no end to the fun you’ll have in this crazy, culture-dense Asian country! And of course, at the end of the day, you can relax with a budget-friendly cocktail at one of the legendary beach bars.

Everyone will know about Thailand and the fantastic beaches, the lively cities and of course, the great food but for the more adventurous amongst us, seeking that authentic Thai experience, there really is much more to this wonderful, diverse country.

An excellent choice is the multi venue option.

The North around Chiang Mai has temples, jungles and mountains, culture, history and elephant sanctuaries. All of this plus a cooler climate.

“The Golden Triangle” in Chiang Rai, along the mighty Mekong River where Thailand meets Myanmar and Laos and the very place to discover the famous “White Temple”. Maybe, whilst visiting the jungle, consider a short stay in an amazing tree house villa.

Head to West Thailand, to Kanchanburi, to the infamous bridge at the River Kwai where 100,000 died during World War 2 whilst constructing the “Death Railway”

Then it should be time to head off to fabulous Bangkok before hitting the beach resorts of Phuket, Koh Samui, Krabi or over to Pattaya, the closest beach resort to Bankok and where the wooden Sanctuary of Truth temple {pictured left} can be located.

In fact, we’d go as far to say that it’s a place for everyone. There really is something for every type of person in Thailand, whether you’re a party animal, a culture buff or just looking for some much needed R&R.
